This new release is based on a classic London Dry gin style and is meticulously hand-crafted using traditional botanicals. The gin is steeped in two stages in premium sugarcane base spirit before being slowly distilled in a one-shot process over 8 hours in our custom made copper pot still.

Once the vapour finally reaches the perfect temperature, it carefully passes through our custom designed botanical chamber infusing it with a secondary hit of alpine juniper to create a refined, yet smooth and clean juniper forward London dry gin.

Created honouring old world traditions, this premium London dry gin features juniper berries, coriander seed and angelica root complimented with locally grown Seville orange, apricots and Morrison’s grapefruit. A very clean and pleasant tasting gin, it features distinct notes of Juniper and liquorice with traces of cardamom and a hint of fruity apricot at the finish.

Just like grandads old fashioned G&T, this London dry gin partners well with Schweppes Indian tonic water yet works just as well with other brands of neutral tonic or soda water. It also performs very well in classic gin cocktails but is just as happy as a solid gin base in more modern cocktail creations.
