Ordering & Shipping
All products are sold subject to their availability. Promotional items may be limited as to quantity. We cannot be responsible for our inability to supply products to you where they are not presently available or where our stock of the relevant product(s) has been exhausted. In the event that we are unable to supply products in the quantities specified in your purchase order you may elect to cancel or vary your order by agreement with us.
We sell and ship products all over New Zealand. No matter where your location is, we can get our products to you. However, please keep in mind that freight costs and delivery times can vary.
Post Haste/NZ Couriers are our preferred couriers as they ship to both the North and South Islands, automatically track every package. We aim to dispatch your order the following business day. North Island deliveries are usually the next business day and South Island deliveries are usually 2-3 business days. We do not deliver on weekends or public holidays. Rural deliveries are the exception and will depend on the customer’s location, the local rural service and/or rural delivery schedule.
We can deliver to a work or home address but DO NOT ship to PO Box addresses. It is preferable to deliver to a work address to ensure that someone is there to sign for the delivery during normal business hours: 9am-5pm. If you believe that someone may not be home for a home delivery then we advise that you use a work address to be sure.
If an attempt is made to deliver and the customer is not there, the courier will leave a contact note and return the package to the local depot. If you choose to make alternative arrangements or have instructions such as ‘leave at the back door’ please make this very clear when placing your order. We cannot change shipping instructions once items have been picked up from our warehouse location and are in transit.
We are not responsible for any failure to deliver or delay in delivery caused by any event outside of our reasonable control (i.e. adverse weather conditions/Christmas backlogs etc.) Delivery dates or times are approximate only and do not constitute a guarantee of delivery or delivery by such date or time. If your delivery is of a critical nature, please contact us for advice.
No goods purchased through our website will be fulfilled or shipped until payment has been received. We accept Credit Cards (Visa or Mastercard) or Direct Deposits. As soon as direct deposits are cleared we usually ship the next day.
We reserve the right to change prices, product descriptions, make corrections and alter company policies without notice. Prices on our website include G.S.T. and reflect the most current information available. We will notify you of any significant changes affecting your order before we ship and request confirmation that changes are acceptable.
Product prices are quoted exclusive of shipping costs. Shipping and handling charges in relation to your order will be added to your total at the time of checkout when you place your order on our website. We DO NOT charge extra for Rural Deliveries.
PURCHASE POLICY & RISKS
Risk in goods sold passes to the customer upon despatch from our warehouse. We are not responsible for the loss or damage of any items during transit as we have no control over any courier service. We have no obligation to arrange for insurance of goods against risks during transit. Customers are welcome to organise their own insurance at their own cost.
Always check the condition of your items, the packaging and the packing slip in the presence of the courier. If you receive a damaged package or a package that appears to have been tampered with, make a written note to the courier when you sign for and receive the package. Please also notify us, as well as the local courier office, within 24 hours.
