At Holland Road we follow in the footsteps of ancient folk healers by using natural botanicals and traditional spices with magical properties blended with organic fruits, teas, wines and raw honey to create intriguing contemporary gins like nothing you have ever tasted before. All of our recipes are methodically steeped and macerated then boiled in a copper pot still and slowly vapour infused in a single continuous process to create complex, yet well-balanced aromatic London Dry gins.
To maintain the integrity of our recipes, we do not chill filter our gin. This allows essential botanical oils and flavonoids to remain in the distillation, resulting in a more authentic gin, with a rounder mouthfeel and richer aromatic complexity. Because of this purely organic and unprocessed state, you may notice some louching or clouding when you add ice, water, tonic or other liquids to our premium gins. This is completely natural and in accordance with how gin was consumed by our ancestors centuries ago.
