INGREDIENTS
1 oz (30ml) Wild Ginseng & Manuka Honey Gin
¾ oz (25ml) Cointreau
½ oz (15ml) Luxardo Maraschino
½ oz (15ml) Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
Dry Champagne
GARNISH
Lemon Twist
METHOD
Add all ingredients except the Champagne into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and double strain into a Champagne flute. Top the cocktail with the champagne and garnish with a lemon twist.
NOTE
This recipe was created by Phil Ward at Death & Co. in New York and also works very well with the Sauvignon Blanc & Green Tea gin for a dryer cocktail.
