2 oz (60ml) Sauvignon Blanc & Green Tea Gin
1 ½ oz (45ml) Freshly squeezed lemon juice
½ oz (15ml) 1:1 Simple syrup
1 egg white
Premium Soda Water
In a small pot on medium heat, combine 1/2 cup of sugar and 1/2 cup of water. Stir constantly until sugar is dissolved. Reduce the heat and simmer for 5-10 minutes. Remove from the heat and allow to cool before bottling. Should last for 4-6 weeks. For 2:1 Simple Syrup, add 1 cup sugar to 1/2 cup of water.
Place the gin, lemon juice, simple syrup and egg white in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds without ice.
Add ice to the cocktail shaker and shake again for 15-20 seconds until cold.
Double strain into a Large Cocktail Goblet glass and top with a premium soda water. The egg white foam will form on top. No garnish required.
