INGREDIENTS

2 oz (60ml) Sauvignon Blanc & Green Tea Gin
¾ oz (25ml) Lillet Blanc Vermouth
¼ oz (7.5ml) St-Germain
1 Teaspoon Rich Simple Syrup
2 Dashes Orange Bitters

SIMPLE SYRUP

In a small pot on medium heat, combine 1/2 cup of sugar and 1/2 cup of water. Stir constantly until sugar is dissolved. Reduce the heat and simmer for 5-10 minutes. Remove from the heat and allow to cool before bottling. Should last for 4-6 weeks. For Rich Simple Syrup (2:1) add 1 cup sugar to 1/2 cup of water.

METHOD

Stir all ingredients in chilled mixing glass over ice then strain into a couple glass.
