INGREDIENTS

50ml Wild Ginseng & Manuka Honey Gin 
20ml Lemon Juice  
20ml Ginseng Honey Syrup 
East Imperial Yuzu Tonic

GINSENG HONEY SYRUP

Add 1 tea bag of Ginseng Black Tea to boiling water. Let the tea infuse for 5 minutes then pull out tea bag. Add 100g of Manuka Honey and let cool. Refrigerate.

GARNISH

Lemon Twist 

METHOD

Pour Gin, Lemon Juice and Syrup into a tall glass and top with Yuzu Tonic. Add Garnish and finish with ice to serve.
