INGREDIENTS

50ml Wild Ginseng & Manuka Honey
15ml Dolin Blanco Vermouth
6 Drops fresh lemon juice

OR

50ml Sauvignon Blanc & Green Tea
10ml Dolin Dry Vermouth
6 Drops fresh lemon juice

GARNISH

Lemon Twist

METHOD

Prepare lemon twist garnish first. Pour the gin, vermouth and lemon juice drops into a chilled mixing glass. Add ice to the glass and stir gently for approximately 15 seconds. Strain into a chilled Martini glass. Express the lemon twist over the drink and drape it over side of the glass.
