1 oz (30ml) Sauvignon Blanc & Green Tea Gin
¼ oz (7.5ml) Campari
½ oz (15ml) Fresh Lemon Juice
½ oz (15ml) Simple Syrup
In a small pot on medium heat, combine 1/2 cup of sugar and 1/2 cup of water. Stir constantly until sugar is dissolved. Reduce the heat and simmer for 5-10 minutes. Remove from the heat and allow to cool before bottling. Should last for 4-6 weeks. For Rich Simple Syrup (2:1) add 1 cup sugar to 1/2 cup of water.
Add all ingredients except the Prosecco into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and double strain into a tall flute glass. Top with Prosecco.
