2 oz (60ml) Wild Ginseng & Manuka Honey Gin
¾ oz (25ml) Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
½ oz (15ml) Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
1 Teaspoon Simple Syrup
1 Tablespoon Marmalade Jam
In a small pot on medium heat, combine 1/2 cup of sugar and 1/2 cup of water. Stir constantly until sugar is dissolved. Reduce the heat and simmer for 5-10 minutes. Remove from the heat and allow to cool before bottling. Should last for 4-6 weeks. For Rich Simple Syrup (2:1) add 1 cup sugar to 1/2 cup of water.
Combine gin, marmalade jam & simple syrup into a cocktail shaker and stir well to break up the jam. Add the freshly squeezed lemon & lime juice to the shaker & shake vigorously with ice. Double strain into a coupe glass.
