INGREDIENTS

2 oz (60ml) Sauvignon Blanc & Green Tea Gin
1 oz (30ml) Cocchi Americano Vermouth
½ oz (15ml) Dolin Blanc Vermouth
¼ oz (7.5ml) Blue Curaçao

GARNISH

4 Fresh Blueberries

METHOD

Combine all ingredients in a chilled mixing glass with ice and stir well. Strain into a chilled Martini glass. Garnish with 4 blueberries on a cocktail pick (to represent the 4 stars of the Southern Cross).
